Wish we could use them more! We were travelling through on our way to Devon when unluckily our adblue indication light came on. After googling the closest dealership we rang them up, thankfully we were told we could just pop it in without a booking which we did. Although we have a service plan and so would get this top up for free, Lily did all she could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. The dealership was extremely busy that day and we later found out she was the only service attendant there. Credit where it's due on this one going at it Solo. Keep up the great work cheltenham.

Having been so worried about buying a car due to Covid 19 I can highly recommend this dealership. They wore masks and gloves and still kept their distance! I’m giving them 10/10 for customer service! The car had two tiny marks on the roof lining and I only mentioned it, the next minute off the car went to get the marks removed! From dealing with Richard Collins the manager, who works on his day off and went way out of his way to help me! To Connor who came with me on the test drive (sat in the back) windows open, who was so professional and a real delight, to the wonderful Sascha, the sales lady, she really knew all her stuff and made it so easy and free flowing to purchase the car, very genuine and thoroughly helped me. Not pushy, not rude, just a real delight so friendly, I can not recommend them enough. An amazing team!

I've popped in a few times for parts. They are extremely fast at getting bits in, normally next day. Yesterday, I popped in for some service work/issues. I dealt with Jason and he was phenomenal. I had some issues with parking sensors and emissions. Instead just replacing the whole parking sensor (which I am sure most dealers would), he was able to source a small part that made the repair substantially cheaper. I will be going back there for my annual service and I suggest you do to.

First class customer service at this dealership seems to be the standard. I purchased an almost new Discovery 5 and was assisted no end by Chris Whittaker. Chris is very knowledgeable, personable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Other members of the team who were all exceptional include Harry, Ben and Hayley.
